On October 09, 2012, Schroder Administration Limited, London, UK has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on CANCOM AG, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on October 08, 2012 and on that day amounted
to 3.02% (this corresponds to 314267 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.02% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
314267 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
On October 09, 2012, Schroders PLC, London, UK has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
CANCOM AG, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on October 08, 2012 and on that day amounted to 3.02% (this
corresponds to 314267 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.02% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
314267 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
On October 11, 2012, Schroder Investment Management Ltd., London, UK has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on CANCOM AG, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on October 08, 2012 and on that day amounted
to 3.02% (this corresponds to 314267 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.02% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 314267 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
