Section 1 WpHG:
On October 15, 2012, JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, London, UK has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on CANCOM AG, München, Deutschland, have fallen below the
3% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 12, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 2.92% (this corresponds to 303451 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.92% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 303451 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
On October 16, 2012, JPMorgan Asset Management (Taiwan) Limited, Taipei,
Taiwan has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on CANCOM AG, München, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 12, 2012 and
on that day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
