On April 09, 2013, Schroder Administration Limited, London, UK has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on CANCOM SE, München, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on April 08, 2013 and on that day amounted
to 2.86% (this corresponds to 327130 Voting Rights). According to Article
22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG,
2.86% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 327130 Voting Rights) is to
be attributed to the company.
On April 09, 2013, Schroders PLC, London, UK has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
CANCOM SE, München, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on April 08, 2013 and on that day amounted to 2.86% (this
corresponds to 327130 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.86% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
327130 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
