On April 26, 2013, Ms Karin Schick, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting Rights on
CANCOM SE, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10% threshold
of the Voting Rights on April 26, 2013 and on that day amounted to 10.15%
(this corresponds to 1160000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.15%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1160000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Ms Schick via Schick GmbH.
