following voting rights notification of a further legal entity:
On June 24, 2013, Schroder Investment Management Ltd, London, UK has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on CANCOM SE, München, Deutschland, have fallen below the
3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 08, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 2.86% (this corresponds to 327130 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.86% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 327130 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
