CANCOM SE received the following notifications pursuant to Article 21,
Section 1 WpHG on June 26, 2013:
On June 26, 2013, ELBER-Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Regensburg,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on CANCOM SE, München, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 24, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 10.009% (this corresponds to 1144036 Voting Rights).
On June 26, 2013, ELBER GmbH, Regensburg, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on CANCOM SE, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 10% threshold
of the Voting Rights on June 24, 2013 and on that day amounted to 10.009%
(this corresponds to 1144036 Voting Rights). According to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.009% of the Voting Rights
(this corresponds to 1144036 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the
company via ELBER-Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
