On July 15, 2013, Allianz Global Investors Luxembourg S.A., Senningerberg,
Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on CANCOM SE, München, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 12, 2013 and on that
day amounted to 3.41% (this corresponds to 390000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.70% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 80000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
