On August 13, 2013, Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH, Frankfurt am
Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on CANCOM SE, München, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 12, 2013 and
on that day amounted to 7.99% (this corresponds to 913696 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.98% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 683686 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
