that via shares its Voting Rights on CANCOM SE, München, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August
08, 2013 and on that day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting
Rights).
On August 13, 2013, ELBER GmbH, Regensburg, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on CANCOM SE, München, Deutschland, have fallen below the 10%, 5%
and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 08, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
On August 13, 2013, Mr Dr. Johann Vielberth, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on CANCOM SE, München, Deutschland, have fallen below the 10%, 5%
and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 08, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
