On October 02, 2013, Mr Ralph Penzel, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Pironet NDH AG, Köln, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% threshold of
the Voting Rights on September 20, 2013 and on that day amounted to 4.92%
(this corresponds to 717589 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.87% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 710039 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Penzel from RPV-Verwaltungs-GmbH.
