On October 07, 2013, Mr Ralph Penzel, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Pironet NDH AG, Köln, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of
the Voting Rights on October 04, 2013 and on that day amounted to 2.09%
(this corresponds to 305539 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.06% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 300039 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Penzel.
