CANCOM SE: resignation of Felix Höger from the Executive Board of PIRONET
NDH Aktiengesellschaft by 31 December 2014 and conclusion of a termination
agreement
Munich, 11 December 2014 - The Supervisory Board of PIRONET NDH
Aktiengesellschaft, a majority-owned subsidiary of CANCOM SE, and Mr Felix
today mutually agreed on the modalities regarding the resignation of Mr
Höger as CEO and member of the Executive Board of PIRONET NDH
Aktiengesellschaft. As already announced in the ad hoc release of 01
December 2014 and following the agreement today, Mr Höger will resign from
the Executive Board of PIRONET NDH Aktiengesellschaft as of 31 December
2014.
