has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on CANCOM SE, München, Germany, have fallen below
the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 26, 2015 and on that day
amounted to 9.93% (this corresponds to 1477079 Voting Rights).
7.56% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1124989 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
