| The amendment was made to the "No. of Securities (Direct)" held by Dato' Chew Chee Seng and the "% of Securities" which shall read as "255,341,538" and "24.740%" respectively instead of "260,341,538" and " 25.225%" as stated in the previous announcement dated 15 April 2025. The total indirect shares of 35,894,200 are held as follows:- (i) 9,000,000 ordinary shares are registered in the name of his spouse, Datin Chin Shea Swong, by virtue of Sections 8(4) and 197(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016; (ii) 2,600,000 ordinary shares are registered in the name of his son, Chew Vern Tat, by virtue of Sections 8(4) and 197(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016; (iii)2,400,000 ordinary shares are registered in the name of his son, Chew Vern Wei, by virtue of Sections 8(4) and 197(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016; (iv) 3,650,000 ordinary shares are registered in the name of his sister, Chew Lean Mei, by virtue of Section 8(4)(c) of the Companies Act 2016; and (v) 18,244,200 ordinary shares are registered in the name of BCoin Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., by virtue of Section 8(4)(c) of the Companies Act 2016. |
