The amendment was made due to an error in the transaction dated 10 March 2025, which involved a transfer of shares between two nominee accounts of Dato' Chew Chee Seng instead of an acquisition of 5,000,000 shares. Therefore, the "No. of Securities (Direct)" held by Dato' Chew Chee Seng and the "% of Securities" shall read as "250,341,538" and "24.256%" respectively and the "Total No. of Securities After Change" shall read as "286,233,738" instead of "255,341,538","24.740%" and "291,233,738" as stated in the previous announcement dated 11 March 2025. The total indirect shares of 35,892,200 are held as follows:- (i) 9,000,000 ordinary shares are registered in the name of his spouse, Datin Chin Shea Swong, by virtue of Sections 8(4) and 197(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016; (ii) 2,600,000 ordinary shares are registered in the name of his son, Chew Vern Tat, by virtue of Sections 8(4) and 197(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016; (iii)2,400,000 ordinary shares are registered in the name of his son, Chew Vern Wei, by virtue of Sections 8(4) and 197(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016; (iv) 3,650,000 ordinary shares are registered in the name of his sister, Chew Lean Mei, by virtue of Section 8(4)(c) of the Companies Act 2016;and (v) 18,242,200 ordinary shares are registered in the name of BCoin Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., by virtue of Section 8(4)(c) of the Companies Act 2016. |
