FREE WARRANTS ISSUE OF UP TO 516,040,598 FREE WARRANTS IN MANAGEPAY SYSTEMS BERHAD ("MPAY" OR "COMPANY") ("WARRANT(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN MPAY HELD BY THE SHAREHOLDERS OF MPAY WHOSE NAMES APPEAR IN THE RECORD OF DEPOSITORS OF THE COMPANY AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 5 NOVEMBER 2025 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") ("ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “EX-BONUS ISSUE” as from: 04 Nov 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 05 Nov 2025

Remarks :

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the submission of the quotation application for the Warrants to Bursa Securities.

The notices of allotment for the Warrants will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders within 4 market days from the Entitlement Date.
