Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcement dated 6 November 2025 in relation to the Proposed Diversification.
M & A Securities, on behalf of the Board wishes to announce that the moneylending business activities shall be referred to as credit business under the Proposed Diversification. This is in view of the Consumer Credit Bill 2025 passed by the Government, which stipulates that a credit business also includes moneylending activities. As such, any references made in relation to the ‘moneylending business’ in the earlier announcement dated 6 November 2025 shall be read as ‘credit business’.
