Reference is made to the announcement dated 30 June 2025 in relation to the HOA entered with Dato' Sri Pua. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcement. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Parties are at the stage of negotiation on the detailed terms of the Proposed Acquisitions and have mutually agreed to extend the execution of Definitive Agreements for a further period of three (3) months until 31 December 2025. Further announcement on the status of the HOA will be made in due course in accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This announcement is dated 29 September 2025. |
