ON 10 OCTOBER 2025 AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF RM0.08 PER RIGHTS SHARE, TOGETHER WITH UP TO 315,614,428 FREE DETACHABLE WARRANTS IN OMESTI ("WARRANTS D") ON THE BASIS OF 2 WARRANTS D FOR EVERY 5 RIGHTS SHARES SUBSCRIBED FOR ("RIGHTS ISSUE")
