ACCEPTANCE OF LETTER OF AWARD FOR PERKHIDMATAN PENYELENGGARAAN PREVENTIVE DAN CORRECTIVE PERALATAN RANGKAIAN SETEMPAT (LAN) DAN KESELAMATAN ICT DI IBU PEJABAT DAN CAWANGAN JABATAN IMIGRESEN MALAYSIA (JIM)

The Board of Directors of Omesti wishes to announce that Formis Network Services Sdn Bhd (“FNS”), an indirect 49% owned subsidiary of Omesti, had on 10 October 2025 accepted the award from Ministry of Home Affairs for the following Contract, for a period of thirty-six (36) months, commencing from 15 October 2025 to 14 October 2028 at a total contract value of RM30,308,840.39:-

  • Perkhidmatan Penyelenggaraan Preventive Dan Corrective Peralatan Rangkaian Setempat (LAN) Dan Keselamatan ICT Di Ibu Pejabat Dan Cawangan Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia (JIM)  

(hereinafter referred to as "the Contract")


The Contract is awarded subject to a formal contract to be entered into between the Government of Malaysia and FNS in due course.

 

The Contract will have no effect on the issued share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the Company. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the revenue, earnings per share and net assets per share of Omesti Group and is not expected to have an immediate material effect on the gearing of Omesti Group for the financial period from 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2025.

 

Save for the normal operational risks associated with the Contract, the Board of Directors of Omesti is not aware of any other risk factors which may arise from the Contract.

 

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.

 

The Board of Directors of the Company is of the opinion that the acceptance of the award is in the best interest of Omesti Group.
