Description	OMESTI BERHAD ("OMESTI") ACCEPTANCE OF LETTER OF AWARD FOR PERKHIDMATAN PENYENGGARAAN SISTEM E-KEHAKIMAN FASA 2 BAGI TAHUN 2025 HINGGA 2027
The Board of Directors of Omesti wishes to announce that Formis Network Services Sdn Bhd (“FNS”), an indirect 49% owned subsidiary of Omesti, had on 19 December 2025 accepted the award from Federal Court of Malaysia for the following Contract, for a period of eighteen (18) months, commencing from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2027 at a total contract value of RM18,249,903.03:- Perkhidmatan Penyenggaraan Sistem E-Kehakiman Fasa 2 Bagi Tahun 2025 Hingga 2027 (hereinafter referred to as "the Contract") The Contract is awarded subject to a formal contract to be entered into between the Government of Malaysia and FNS in due course. The Contract will have no effect on the issued share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the Company. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the revenue, earnings per share and net assets per share of Omesti Group and is not expected to have an immediate material effect on the gearing of Omesti Group for the financial year ending 31 October 2026. Save for the normal operational risks associated with the Contract, the Board of Directors of Omesti is not aware of any other risk factors which may arise from the Contract. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. The Board of Directors of the Company is of the opinion that the acceptance of the award is in the best interest of Omesti Group. This announcement is dated 19 December 2025.
