On behalf of the Company, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”), wishes to announce that the Over-allotment Option Provider has decided not to exercise the Over-allotment Option. Accordingly, no stabilising manager will be appointed and there will not be any price stabilisation action to be undertaken for the IPO.
