| Working experience and occupation | Mr. James Teo began his career with Pantech Corporation Sdn. Bhd. on 22 October 2007. Over the years, he has demonstrated strong leadership and industry expertise, leading to his promotion to Sales Manager on 1 March 2014. Subsequently, he was appointed as Director on 1 February 2024. In his current role in sales & marketing, he is primarily focus on the oil and gas sector where he manages to supply Pipe, Valve, Fittings (PVF) to major offshore and onshore energy projects. On 13 October 2015, Mr. James Teo was appointed as a Director of Pantech Galvanising Sdn. Bhd. He is leading and managing the company in expanding the hot-dip galvanizing services for large-scale fabricated structures, ensuring high-quality surface treatment standards that meet industry requirements. Mr. James Teo further expanded his leadership portfolio when he was appointed as Director of Unity Precision Engineering Sdn. Bhd. on 25 April 2022 following the acquisition of this company. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the company Operations and Business Development. His leadership ensures that Unity Precision's metal machining and turnkey solutions meet the precision requirements of global O&G clients. On 1 August 2025, he was appointed as Director of Nautic Steels (Holdings) Limited and Nautic Steels Limited, He oversees the Productions and Sales for this United Kingdom-based manufacturer. His expertise supports Nautic Steels' specialized production of nickel alloy and Copper Nickel fittings, specifically for the international Oil & Gas and Marine industries. With nearly two decades of experience, Mr. James Teo brings extensive knowledge in project management, operations, and business development, contributing significantly to the growth and strategic direction of the Group. |
