The Board of Directors of PCB wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to seek shareholders' approval for the following at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a later date to be announced: -   1. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and   2. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for the authority to the Company to purchase its own shares of up to ten percent (10%) of its total number of issued shares. (collectively referred to as the "Proposals").   A circular/statement to shareholders' containing information on the Proposals will be issued to shareholders in due course.   This announcement is dated 15 April 2026.
