Working experience and occupation

Ms. Soon Wai Lin ("Ms. Soon") has over 20 years of work experience in finance leadership covering group reporting, financial operations, transformation, risk management and audit. Her portfolio includes leading post-acquisition finance integrations and Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") and Enterprise Performance Management ("EPM") implementations for multi-entity, cross-border organisations.

She was Audit Manager in KPMG Malaysia and subsequently held several senior finance leadership positions in INTI Education Group, DaVita Kidney Care, and Nirvana Asia Group, gaining extensive experience in financial management and compliance across various industries.

Prior to her appointment as Acting Chief Financial Officer of PEOPLElogy Berhad, she joined Asia OneHealthcare Group of Companies as Group Financial Controller, where she was primarily responsible for overseeing the Group's overall financial stewardship, including group consolidation, statutory reporting and tax across multiple countries and legal entities.
