Hazleena binti Hamzah joined PETRONAS in 2001 and served in various positions within PETRONAS with exposure in various fields of law i.e. Legal Finance, Legal Refinery Marketing & Trading. She was appointed as Joint Company Secretary of PETRONAS and Secretary to the PETRONAS Executive Leadership Team in 2018.
Prior to her appointment as General Manager (Corporate Secretarial - Downstream & PT&HSSE), she was the General Counsel of Legal, Finance & Tax, Group Legal, PETRONAS. Possesses unique blend of experience and expertise spanning the Group's finance/banking law and board governance/company law domains. |
