Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 30 September 2025, 11 November 2025, 23 December 2025, 12 February 2026, 6 March 2026 and 16 March 2026 in relation to the Company's non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirements pursuant to Rule 8.02(1) of the AMLR of Bursa Securities. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as previously defined.
The Company wishes to inform that it was notified on 9 April 2026 of the disposal of 3,000,000 ordinary shares in PMCK by its substantial shareholder on 6 April 2026. Following the disposal, the Company's public shareholding spread stood at 25.21% as at 8 April 2026.
Accordingly, the breach has been rectified and the Company is now in compliance with Rule 8.02(1) of the AMLR of Bursa Securities.
