- QUARTERLY DISCLOSURE ON THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Pursuant to Rule 8.25(1)(ii) and Guidance Note 4 of the Ace Market Listing Requirement, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided for the first quarter ended 31 March 2026 to facilitate the ordinary course of business of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Privasat Sdn Bhd, as tabulated below:
