Description	WINDING UP OF SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES
We refer to S P Setia Berhad’s announcement dated 12 December 2023 and wish to announce that Setia Eco Heights Sdn Bhd and Setia Ventures Excellence Sdn Bhd (collectively, the Companies”), had each held its final meeting on 28 October 2025 (“Final Meetings”) at No. 2, Jalan Rampai Niaga 2, Rampai Business Park, 53300 Kuala Lumpur to conclude its Member’s Voluntary Winding-Up. The Liquidator will lodge with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver a return of the holding of the Final Meetings (“Returns”) and of its date with a copy of the account attached to such Returns, within seven days from the Final Meetings in accordance with Section 459(3) of the Companies Act, 2016 (“the Act”). The Companies will be dissolved on the expiration of three months from the date of lodgement of the Returns by the Liquidator pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Act.   This announcement is dated 28 October 2025.
