S P Setia wishes to announce that S P Setia Development Pte Ltd  (“SPSD”), a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of S P Setia, has on 30 December 2025 received notification from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (“ACRA”) that SPSD has been struck off from the register of ACRA on 25 December 2025. Accordingly, SPSD has ceased to be a subsidiary of S P Setia. The striking off of SPSD will not have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of S P Setia Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. None of the directors or substantial shareholders of S P Setia, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said striking off. This announcement is dated 30 December 2025.
