Reference is made to the Company's announcements on 14 February 2023, 23 February 2023, 7 March 2023, 25 May 2023, 24 July 2023, 19 September 2023, 31 October 2023, 22 November 2023, 24 November 2023, 27 November 2023, 15 October 2024, 23 October 2024, 23 September 2025 and 1 October 2025. Please be informed that the above appeal which was fixed for case management today. During the CM, the Appellant’s solicitor informed the Court that they have filed the Appellant's Rebuttal Note dated 20 October 2025 and the Appellant's Bundle of Authorities (Vol. 8) on 20 October 2025 as directed by the Court. The Appellant’s solicitor asked for Court’s permission to file the Appellant's Speaking Note and the Appellant's Bundle of Authorities (Vol. 7), which were referred to during the hearing of the appeal on 1 October 2025. The Court directed to file the aforesaid documents on or before 24 October 2025 and the Court further fixed the decision for this Appeal on 23 January 2026 by way of Zoom.
