RE: In the Magistrates Court at Kuala Lumpur, Civil Case No.: WA-A72NCvC-3975-10/2025 - Writ and Statement of Claim addressed to the Company ("the Defendant").

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 14 October 2025 been served with the Writ and Statement of Claim, both dated 10 October 2025 from Messrs CB Liang, Ng & Co, the solicitors acting for themself (“Plaintiff”).

 

The Defendant is required to pay:

  1. Outstanding legal fees of RM24,200.00;

  2. Interest on the judgment amount at the rate of 5% per annum calculate from the date of filling of the claim on 10 September 2025 until the date of full payment of the outstanding legal fees;

  3. The costs of this action; and

  4. Such other orders and/or relief as this Honourable Court deems fit and just.

The case management for the above-mentioned matter has been fixed on 11 November 2025 by way of e-Review.
