The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Sentoria Themeparks and Resorts Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, Gan Kim Leong, Chan Kong San (“Defendants”) had on 18 November 2025 been served with Penghakiman Ingkar Kehadiran from Messrs Abdul Razak, Zulkifli & Partners, the solicitors acting for Lembaga Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (“Plaintiff”).
The Defendants are required to pay:
1.Late payment charges for Employees Provident Fund (“EPF”) monthly contribution amounting to RM35,685.00 for the period from December 2019 to January 2024. 2.Cost of action RM1,554.10.
