Reference is made to the First Announcement made on 4 December 2024 and subsequent monthly announcements made on 2 January 2025, 3 February 2025, 3 March 2025, 2 April 2025, 2 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 1 July 2025, 1 August 2025, 2 September 2025, 1 October 2025 and 3 November 2025 by the Company pursuant to Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. (Unless otherwise defined, the terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.)
Pursuant to paragraph 4.1(c) of Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no progress in the proposed regularisation plan.
Sierac Corporate Advisers Sdn. Bhd. resigned as the Financial Adviser, effective 30 November 2025.
In view of the challenges faced, the Board wishes to inform that the Company will not be able to submit its regularisation plan by 3 December 2025 (i.e., within 12 months from the date of the First Announcement).
Pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(5) of the Main Market Listing Requirements, the Company will be subject to suspension and de-listing, subject to the notification of suspension and de-listing from the Exchange.
The Company will make necessary announcement(s) with regard to the development thereof accordingly.
