Description	Sentoria Group Berhad ("SGB", "Sentoria" or the "Company") RE: Petaling Jaya Magistrate Court Suit No.: BB-A72NCvC-1004-10/2025 addressed to Sentoria Harta Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, Chan Kong San and Gan Kim Leong ("Defendants")
(Unless otherwise defined, the definitions and terms set out in the announcement dated 21 October 2025 shall apply herein) The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Sentoria Harta Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (“1st Defendant”) had on 15 December 2025 been served with a sealed judgement dated 10 November 2025 from Messrs Shahinuddin & Ranjit, the solicitors acting for Lembaga Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (“Plaintiff”). The 1st Defendant is required to pay Plaintiff: i) a total of RM58,856.00 which is the outstanding EPF contribution for the period from February 2025 to June 2025; ii) dividend on the EPF contribution payable for the period from February 2025 to June 2025 at the rate to be declared by the Plaintiff from 16 February 2025 until the date of settlement; iii) late payment charges on the EPF contribution payable for the period from February 2025 to June 2025 at any rate and according to any method and calculation determined by the Plaintiff from 16 February 2025 until the date of settlement; and iv) cost of action of RM2,206.00. This announcement is dated 15 December 2025.
