The Board has approved to change the financial year end ("FYE") from 31 December 2025 to 30 June 2026. The next audited financial statements will be made up from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2026, covering a period of 18 months. The change of FYE is for better financial & manpower resources management and to provide adequate time for the new auditors who have yet to be appointed, to perform and complete the audit. |
