Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, SRHB wishes to announce that the Company has offered options to Eligible Persons (as defined in the By-Laws) under the ESOS, the details of which are as follows:-
