Further to the Company's announcement dated 31 July 2026 pertaining to the Statement of Claim and Writ of Summon, the Board of Directors of SkyGate wishes to append herewith additional information as follows:-

 

1. SISB is not a major subsidiary of the Company; and

2. The cost of investment by the Company in SISB is RM21,043,000.00.
