Description	SUNWAY BERHAD ("SUNWAY") - STRIKING OFF OF CASPIAN COMMERCIAL 1 PTE LTD ("CC1"), AN INDIRECT WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF SUNWAY
We wish to announce that Caspian Commercial 1 Pte Ltd (“CC1”), an indirect subsidiary which is part of the group of companies acquired by Sunway Labuan Investment Ltd (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway) on 31 October 2025, has been struck off pursuant to Section 344A of the Singapore Companies Act 1967 from the Registrar of Companies based on the information published by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority via its portal on 22 January 2026. CC1, a dormant company, was incorporated in the Republic of Singapore on 13 October 2020 and has an issued and fully paid-up share capital of SGD1 comprising 1 ordinary share. The striking off of CC1 has no material financial effect on Sunway. None of the directors or major shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid striking off. This announcement is dated 22 January 2026.
