Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 30 September 2025.
Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 30 September 2025 in relation to the SSA entered between the Company and the Purchaser in relation to the disposal of 255,000 ordinary shares in SysArmy for a total cash consideration of RM1.00 only ("the Disposal").
The Board of the Company wishes to announce that the Disposal had been completed on 2 October 2025 in accordance with the terms of conditions of the SSA. Accordingly, SysArmy Group has ceased to be subsidiaries of the Company.
