[Unless otherwise stated or redefined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Company’s announcements dated 11 October 2024, 28 November 2024, 27 February 2025, 30 May 2025 and 29 August 2025 in relation to the MOA between the Parties to establish a framework of cooperation for the design and implementation of the proposed development of a Smart AI Container Port by Midports at Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan (“the Project”) (“Announcements”)]. Further to the Announcements, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Parties are still engaging with each other and work on the definitive agreement is still in progress.
