Query Letter Contents	We draw your attention to the unusual price rise of your Company's shares recently ("trading activity"). In light of the above and in order for investors to be able to make informed investment decisions, you are requested to respond, after making due enquiry with your directors, major shareholders and such other relevant persons, to the following queries immediately for public release in accordance with paragraph 9.11 of Listing Requirements : 1. Whether there is any corporate development relating to your Group's business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account for the trading activity including those in the stage of negotiation/discussion. If yes, kindly provide the details including status of the corporate development to enable investors to make informed investment decisions 2. Whether there is any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of the Group that may account for the trading activity and in this respect, you are required to comply with Paragraphs 9.09 and 9.10 of Bursa Securities LR;       3. Whether you are aware of any other possible explanation to account for the trading activity; and        4. Whether you are in compliance with the Bursa Securities LR, in particular Paragraph 9.03 of the Bursa securities LR on immediate disclosure obligations. Reference is made to the letter dated 20 April 2026 received from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") pertaining to the unusual market activity due to unusual price rise of the Company's shares recently ("trading activity"). After making due enquiry with the Board of Directors ("Board"), major shareholders of the Company and such other relevant persons, the Company would like to inform that to the best of its knowledge: 1.    Save for the Company's prior announcements, particularly pertaining to the approvals obtained for the proposed development of a Smart AI Container Port in Port Dickson ("the Midport Project"), the joint-venture agreements with Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan (Pemerbadanan) pertaining to the Midport Project and the proposed PDFZ Project, as well as pertaining to the contracts with China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (with regard the joint submission to bid for transportation infrastructure projects in Malaysia), with CNECC Engineering (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (with regard the joint venture to source and bid for the construction of logistics warehouses or mega-storage type projects in Malaysia), with CCCC Dredging Southeast Asia Sdn Bhd (with regard the construction of the Midport Project on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction basis), with Ocean Bridge International Ports Management Co. Ltd (with regard the operations and management of the Midport Project), and with the most recent announcement on the approval of the Planning Permission (Kebenaran Merancang) application by the Majlis Perbandaran Port Dickson per the Midport Project, the Board is not aware of any new or material corporate developments relating to the business and affairs of the Company and its subsidiaries ("Group") that has not been previously announced that may account for the trading activity. There are presently endeavors at the stage of being discussed or negotiated, announcements on this will be duly made at the material time once such matters become more definitive or are finalized and confirmed; 2.    The Board is not aware of any rumor or report concerning the business and affairs of the Group that may account for the trading activity; 3.    It is however noted that there are open articles by an external news portal per its observations, commentaries and/ or analysis about the Company, its market capitalization, along with references to, inter alia, the Midport Project. This could be a factor and possible explanation to account for the trading activity; and 4.    The Company is in compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Securities, in particular Paragraph 9.03 of the MMLR of Bursa Securities on immediate disclosure obligations.
