We refer to the issuance of notice of assessment dated 10 December 2024 for the sum of RM291,551,417.47 for the year of assessment 2018 by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia against TNB Western Energy Berhad and our announcements dated 10 January 2025, 11 April 2025, 30 June 2025, 22 July 2025 and 5 August 2025.
The High Court has vacated the clarification hearing previously scheduled for 13 January 2026 in respect of the substantive judicial review application.
The High Court has instead fixed a case management on 12 February 2026.
