	            Working experience and occupation 
	            
Miss Soo Kit Teng began her professional career as a Tax Senior with Dynatax Services Sdn. Bhd. from July 2003 to August 2004, managing tax compliance and advisory assignments, tax planning matters and client engagements. Prior to that, she served as an Audit Senior with Yee & Co. Chartered Accountants from September 1999 to July 2003, where she conducted statutory audits, prepared financial statements and tax computations, and supervised audit assignments.

Then she served as Accountant of Novelco (M) Sdn. Bhd. and its group of companies from August 2004 to January 2008, overseeing full sets of accounts, financial reporting, taxation, cash flow management and banking facilities. Concurrently, she was Accountant cum Trainer with Excellearn Tutorial and Training, where she managed accounting and administrative functions and conducted accounting and taxation-related training programmes.

From January 2008 to March 2011, she was an Internal Auditor with Pembinaan HTC Sdn. Bhd. and its group of companies, where she conducted internal audit reviews, governance assessments, budgeting and forecasting exercises, financial analysis and compliance reviews, as well as supporting corporate exercises and investigations.

Prior to her current role, she served as Finance Manager of Cloudpoint and its group of companies from March 2011 to May 2022. During this period, she led the finance, administration, procurement, contract administration, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting and internal control functions of the Group and was actively involved in compliance and stakeholder management matters.

Since May 2022, she has been serving as Executive Director cum Financial Controller of Cloudpoint Technology Berhad where she is responsible for overseeing the Group's financial management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and strategic initiatives.
