TSH wishes to announce that TSH Palm Products Sdn. Bhd. (“TSHPP”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of TSH, has on 31 December 2025 commenced its member’s voluntary winding up pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2016, and appointed Mr Leong Kok Tong and Mr Ng Yong Chin of Folks Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. as the liquidators.
TSHPP had ceased its business operations in 2022, and is currently dormant. TSHPP has no intention to undertake any business operations or engage in any activities in future.
The member’s voluntary winding up of TSHPP will not have any material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of TSH Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
