ESTABLISHMENT OF EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME COMMITTEE

The Board of Directors of UUE Holdings Berhad is pleased to announce that an Employees’ Share Option Scheme (“ESOS”) Committee had been established with effect from 8 October 2025 to oversee and administer the implementation of the ESOS in accordance with the Company’s ESOS By-Laws.
