Following the completion of the bookbuilding process under the Institutional Offering on 28 November 2025 and the Price Determination Date on 1 December 2025, on behalf of the Company, CIMB wishes to announce that the Institutional Price and the Final Retail Price have been fixed, as set out below:
INSTITUTIONAL PRICE – RM1.00 PER IPO SHARE
FINAL RETAIL PRICE – RM1.00 PER IPO SHARE
The Retail Offering has closed at 5.00 p.m. on 28 November 2025.
