The Board of Directors of YTL Power International Berhad (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the proposed issue of options to a person connected to the Director who is an employee of the Company, to subscribe for up to 10% of the new ordinary shares of the Company available under the Employees Share Option Scheme (“ESOS”), subject always to such terms and conditions and/or any adjustments which may be made in accordance with the by-laws governing and constituting the ESOS ("Proposed Issue of Options"), at the forthcoming Twenty-Ninth Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company.
Further information of the Proposed Issue of Options will be set out in the notice of AGM which will be made available to shareholders in due course. |
