On November 27, 2009 , Mr Kai Fitzner, Deutschland, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on cash.medien AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005251904, WKN:
525190, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on October 19, 2009
and on that day amounted to 3,44% (this corresponds to 87000 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3,44% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 87000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Fitzner via Fibikon GmbH .
