to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Cash.Medien AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 20% threshold of
the Voting Rights on June 10, 2014, and on that day amounted to 20.27%
(this corresponds to 513,000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 20.27%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 513,000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Barakiel Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG
and All-Finanz-Service Retuna Vermittlungsgesellschaft für Versicherungen,
Finanzierungen und Investment mbH.

informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Cash.Medien AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 26, 2013, and on that day
amounted to 4.74% (this corresponds to 120,000 Voting Rights).
